Cancellation and rescheduling
It is possible to cancel and/or reschedule a booked therapy session up to 24 hours before it is due to take place without incurring any financial penalty. Cancellations, requests to reschedule and failures to attend will be subject to the full fee if less than 24 hours’ notice is given.
If you are running late for your appointment, please be kind to let me know and I will try to accommodate you.
No inappropriate or sexual behaviour of any kind will be tolerated. If any such behaviour is attempted or occurs the treatment will be stopped immediately. No refund will be payable.
